Clients reviews about Hr Recovery Preston

Faz was an absolute gentleman - from first call to dropping off my 2nd car. I called up HR Recovery and Faz answered. I explained my situation and he gave me a reasonable price so we agreed on a collection time. Faz turned up on time and loaded everything up - after getting to my house I asked if he could also collect another car, he agreed and off we went. The 2nd car was in a state, front wheel on skates, etc.. Faz still collected it safely and got it onto my driveway with ease. Not only would I highly recommend Faz AND HR Recovery, I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. ~ Jacob J

I broke down in Leyland and needed to get back home to Wigan, I rang HR recovery to pick me up and take me home. Faz, the guy who recovered my car and took me home was absolutely lovely, from calling him to him arriving was around an hour, great communication from start to finish with updates of an ETA.. the price he quoted me I thought was a reasonable price and I would definitely recommend using HR recovery if you ever break down and need to be recovered (especially if you dont have break down cover like myself) ~ Chloe B

Absolutely outstanding service! I had a breakdown in a remote area, and within 30 minutes, the team was there to help. They were incredibly professional, polite, and efficient, getting my car safely to the repair shop without a hitch. Communication was excellent from start to finish—they kept me updated on their arrival time and even checked in afterward to make sure I was all set. Fair pricing, quick response, and genuinely caring staff. If you’re ever in a pinch, this is the team you want on your side. Highly recommend! ~ Azaan K

I called them last minute after my car's clutch failed while picking up a new vehicle. They were incredibly polite, provided a promised time frame, and arrived right on schedule. The gentleman who assisted me was not only patient but also engaged in a delightful conversation during the tow to the dealership. The pricing pleasantly surprised me, especially compared to other services I contacted. I can't recommend HR Recovery enough – their efficiency, friendliness, and affordability make them a top-notch towing company. Highly recommended! ~ Jason F

Big thankyou to the guys at HRrecovery 👍. Recovered my sons car last Saturday from CowWell Lane in Whittle-le-Woods, very helpful, very prompt, very supportive emotionally to my son on the day & again yesterday in the holding yard whilst collecting his belongings and the getting photos we needed. I organised with Fuzz for collection of my Jag from home to a repair shop. HR were very well organised and booked me in for collection at a convenient day and time. He called before collection of the vehicle as well so I was kept informed all along the way. He arrived on time too Fuzz is a really nice man who knows the job and has a great recovery vehicle with winch and tipping facility. He really looked after my pride and joy! Thank you so much 5* all round ~ John P

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Exceptional Service! I found myself in quite a predicament late on a wet Wednesday night about a week ago after driving down a country road and hydrolocking my car. My engine cut out right at a busy T-junction, leaving me stranded with a rear-wheel-drive car that many recovery services wouldn't touch. Thankfully, I came across HR Recovery Services online, noticed their stellar reviews, and decided to give them a call. Despite the late hour, they arrived in just 30 minutes, and their professionalism was apparent from the start. They took great care loading my car, carefully navigating the lowered suspension to prevent any damage—a level of attentiveness I truly appreciated. They transported my car safely to the garage and, once again, handled the unloading with the same precision and care. HR Recovery Services provided exactly what you hope for in a situation like this: fast response, excellent service, and a genuinely friendly team that knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality recovery services. 100% satisfied! ~ kyle h

The technician arrived quickly, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care with my vehicle. The entire process was stress-free, and I felt confident knowing my car was in good hands. The rates were very fair, especially given the quality of service. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable, efficient car recovery. Truly five stars! ~ Abdul M

Excellent service from HR Recovery. They towed my Tesla on time and handled a very challenging situation with real professionalism. Several other companies refused to help because the car was parked at a tilt, but HR Recovery came fully prepared with excellent equipment and technical know-how. They safely started the car and loaded it onto their truck without any issues. Truly an excellent team — highly recommende ~ Péter K

My electric car broke down last evening, and I called HR Recovery Service. They came out within 20 mins, and managed to take the vehicle to my home. It was not an easy task. Once the vehicle was home, it was not an easy task to take it off the lorry, and then to position the vehicle close to the charging point. But HR Recovery Services managed to do it. Thank again guys, your time and efforts are greatly appreciated. ~ sana k

I had a great experience with HR Recoveries Services Ltd. They handled a recovery job for me that was both safe and affordable, which is hard to find these days. Truly awesome service. I tried several companies after breaking down and fortune linked me to HR recovery. Very transparent in wait times, pricing and reassurance with location pins and once on my way such a lovely journey. AA said upto 6 hours for nationwide recovery, these guys said 30-45 minutes and delivrred on that. Great hospitality asking on music preference, temperature and great chat. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 🙏 ~ Paul S

Had an electrical problem with my Volvo, so I couldn’t drive the car to the mechanic. Called Hr Recovery, booked it for the next day, paid the deposit which I think it makes both of us understand we are not wasting each others time and we are serious about. Loaded up the car in 2 min. And drop it to the mechanic. Quick and efficient and a nice person too. Thank you ~ popa i

Totally life saving! My son had an accident requiring a tow truck to recover his car on a dark country lane late on Xmas eve. HR recovery was very quick coming out to the car, very efficient and reliable. It was not an easy job with the weather and how the car was situated, but they got the job done. Well done lads I wish all companies had your work ethic! ~ Shelley S
